I received a cold call from a KPG team member, just out of the blue, regarding my resume they found. This team member was friendly courteous and very excited to help me with a position they believed would be a great fit for me.

Mind you, after not having a full time job for almost a year and having dealt with other agencies that got me nowhere, I was very apprehensive to try another long drawn out process. This was not the case. KPG explained the position as best they could and as detailed as it could be ( keeping the company name confidential is very professional, kudos for that) and relayed what the expected pay would be.
